Woolworths Museum

When visiting the museum, I was amazed by how graphic the pictures were of the violence that occurred during the entirety of the civil rights movement. Seeing the pictures of Emmett Till's mangled face and body was surreal. It shocked me at how one man can do something so horrifying to another man. 

I gained a greater appreciation for how big the movement was and by how many moving parts there were (that changed all aspects of the African Americans life, from housing to education to workplace)
